Solo Unranked Queueing but being put into Pre-Made Squad Lobbies [ Edited ]

Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just hit gold in ranked
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? It started after I hit Gold in Ranked, but my unranked matches where around 650, we are over 900 now I think

What happens when the bug occurs? I Solo Queue, but I am put into the Pre-Made Queue Lobbies, it is very apparant when the enemies all have their clan tags in front of there names like Toxic_Jef, Toxic_Mark and Toxic_Bob, no way they queued up solo and got matched. This happens a lot and is the only way I know its still happening, other then that the teams are all the time reallt coordinated since it started happening.
What should be happening instead? I should be playing with and against other Solo Queue Players in unranked or at best a Duo Squad with 1 Solo Queue, but not against Pre-Made teams of 3
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, I have been playing another account and the issue is not there, on the other account, I did not have a single code leaf error all day, on my main acc, 1 to 3 each match. (lobby) The other account has 2k+ kills on it, so its not an account in the newbee lobbies, the opponents in solo queue are pretty normal for solo queuers, like win some lose some and not get rekt by 3 people joined at the hip 50 games in a row.

I played well over 200 matches since this started and before, I had a KD of 4, going up, since that started, I am going to soon drop below a 3 and it all started after I hit gold in ranked, now every game in unranked is hard as nails and my 2 randoms don't stand a single chance and while I can do some damage, maybe drop 1 or 2, the teams are too well coordinated to fight against all the time.
