Solo But "Party Not Ready"

What happens when the bug occurs? It says "Party not ready" But I am the only one in the party, and I pressed ready. Neither I haven't got a tick near my name, or game starts.
What should be happening instead? I just needed to be get ready and go in game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a solo game. Bug occurs when you got killed and get back to menu.
I couldn't get in a game even after restart. Please fix that!
