Snowey Escape pack not working

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.39
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every pack and every kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have any character, new or old, try to complete either aspiration or level up their snowboarding or skiing.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims cannot complete either snowey escape aspirations. The sims can not ski or snowboard down the larger slopes. The sims cannot level up their ski or snowboard skills. The sims cannot use the ski lift. The mountain climb will not allow anyone to climb past the 1st section, with or without climbing gear. The one SIM I have that leveled up before your updates that ruined this pack can no longer ski or snowboard as the slopes will not give the options to use them.
What do you expect to see? The aspirations should be able to be completed, the ski lift ahould work, the bunny slope should work and i should be able to ski and snowboard down the mountain and climb up mt. Komorebi.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Started with the dec patch, then has gotten worse with every patch sin e then. Each new update makes this package work even less.

I expect that when i pay $40 for an expansion pack, that it works as it is supposed to. I have patiently waited months since my 1st reporting of this. And I see the multiple threads of others on all platforms having the same issue so WHY HASNT IT BEEN FIXED YET????? I spent money on a game component that has not worked. Any other situation i would have returned the item for a full refund. This is ridiculous!!!!
