Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Legend select screen
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. waiting for my legend auto select

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Model details and the texture of legends are not loaded within an amount of time. refreshing by loading other legend's model works fine and changing it back works fine as well.
What should be happening instead? Model details and texture loads as fast as choosing other ones
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? probably matchmake into the game, and wait for the auto pick to happen. don't change any legend and see if the model and textures load at normal speed.

As the post said, the models are loaded slowly and not really actively loading while @tux3131 picking legend. the video prove goes here:

I've been noticing this issue several times before as well.
also as @AlexxRezz posted, in his video the textures and model details are not really loaded in time and LOD is kinda way too nearby.
