Summarize your bug Raid Han's skill "Shoots first" does not work as described in tier 4 (A12) of the mystic event "Smuggler's Run". In the last level, 3 of 3, ALL of the enemies get their action before Han.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select a smuggler team, include a Han Solo (raid Han) character with all skills maxed, including the zeta level on his "Shoots first" skill. Play the Deadly level, tier 4 or A12, and in the third level all of the imperial enemies will act before Han gets his bonus round that is supposed to happen before everyone else.
