Sith Raid Abandoned when put on Auto, rewards missing

Summarize your bug We had the heroic version of the sith raid last night, Tuesday August 11th, one of our members from the guild put the last tier on auto and then we all received a message that it was abandoned. We were confused because this never happened before but it caused us to lose all the rewards for that raid. Can you please help us to get the rewards for all of our members within the guild? Thank you very much.

Rewards not given due to “abandoned” raid. We usually finish in a few hours. First time this happened to our guild, The Grey Guardians.

Can you please get your guild leader to reach out to our support and request that the raid tickets spent on this raid are refunded as the raid was accidentally abandoned.
