"PRESS START OR ESC TO PLAY" missing [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play single player draft match against R.S.C. Anderlecht
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't skip the pre match training
What should be happening instead? "PRESS START OR ESC TO PLAY" should appear

‌I can't play the match, the game is stuck at the pre match training and I can't skip it. I left the game for about 2 Hours, still I couldn't skip to start the game. I'm playing Single Player Draft there is no way I can forfeit the match, I'm stuck at this endless loop. How can I fix this EA? The problem was reported last year in other game modes but still it hasn't been fixed.

Same. It has been a week and the problem hasn't been addressed yet.

So I contacted EA help and they told me to reinstall the game, I did and the problem still there, These people are not going to fix this problem, They took our money and now they don't really care about what we have to say. I think I'll never buy any EA game ever.
