Singing Glitch and Returning from school or work Glitch

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Get to Work, Get Together, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Kid's Room Stuff, Movie Hangout Stuff & Holiday Celebration Pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. The singing glitch happens every time I get my sim to practice singing. The returning from work or school glitch occurs every now and then when a sim either returns from work or school.
What happens when the bug occurs? The singing glitch causes a sim's voice to double and loop, and when the sim stops, the voices keep going. And the returning from work or school glitch causes their icons to remain in the state when they're away, when their physical selves are at home.
What do you expect to see? There's no visible effects with the singing glitch, but the returning from work or school glitch causes the icons to remain in their 'away' state. It also makes their inventory inaccessible.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My Sim's voice won't stop singing even after the sim has stopped, and the game still believes my sims are at work or school, even after they've returned home.
