What happens when the bug occurs? Singapore 1 used to give me a connection of 64ms of ping, but recently my squad members and I (all living in different areas) have had our ping to Singapore jump to the 300 mark and then drop back down to its average ping after about a month, all at different times. The same problem has happened to me, except it's been around 3 weeks now and my ping hasn't dropped back to 64. The other Singapore servers have stayed at a slightly higher ping of 152, which shouldn't make sense as they should theoretically be in the same place and therefore have similar ping.
What should be happening instead? I should have a lower ping to the server, as it is the one closest to me- I live in Western Australia.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the server list and check if the Singapore servers all have very different pings, or check to see if any jumps in ping have occurred. You could also check to see if any software or hardware updates have happened to Singapore 1. Numerous reports on downdetector have occured for this server over the past two months, so that could be another place to check records on.

As far as I know, three people other than myself have been affected. One lives in Pakistan, one in New Zealand and the last one in Australia.
