Sims uses far away trash can (Park) instead of close one (house) [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Taking out the trash/walking out from the house.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims choose to walk 3 hours to a nearby park to take out the trash instead of putting it in the bin outside. Deleting and buying a new bin doesn’t help. Then once the sims go outside, they can’t go back in, almost as though the doors were all locked.
What do you expect to see? Sims should be smart enough not to walk 3 hours to take out the trash. Unlocked doors should be able to walked through.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The newest patch on 26th of July.
