Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Today, I opened The Sims Mobile and completed an update. When it finished it brought me into the game to my Sim's house, and one of my sims popped up and said that there is a new restaurant in the market square, and didn't allow me to tap anywhere but to navigate to the market square. I am very close to level 15 where I can unlock a new district. At this point, I had allready spent my last district unlock on the "Downtown" district. The game wont allow me to do anything once I am on the "unlock market square" screen.
What do you expect to see? Im not able to continue with the game and my limeted time quests. I hope I'm not the only one with this problem so that it can quickly be solved. I've worked so hard on my quests and can't complete them. Please help. Thank you.

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

Just to confirm, back when you were around level 4, you were not prompted to unlock the market square? Do you remember how long ago you started the game?
