Sims in Romantic Relationship Keep Getting Out of Bed

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansions,all game packs except Batuu, all stuff packs except Crystal Creations, urban homage kit, castle estate kit, pastel pop kit, industrial loft kit, decor to the max kit, bloomin rooms kit, desert luxe kit, incheon arrivals kit, throwback fit kit, country kitchen kit, fashion street kit, moonlight chic kit, little campers kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two sims in a romantic relationship sleep in the same bed.
What happens when the bug occurs? One or both sims get right back out of bed after being told to sleep.
What do you expect to see? Sims staying sleeping in the bed,
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. One of the emergency bug fix patches for the Lovestruck update.

I'm very frustrated and confused. This is very annoying.

@SailorScout04 This can have multiple causes. Do you have any noise sources ? Could you post a pic of your bedroom setup ?

It's happened in multiple saves and multiple bedrooms I've had them move to see if that would fix it and it didn't. This is the bedroom of the current sims I'm playing with.

@SailorScout04 Could you test another couple in this house ? Maybe remove the night stands to check if it makes a difference.

I tried and it still happened. I think its happening when I have them both get in bed at the same time. It might have to do with the cuddling interaction maybe?

@SailorScout04 I am experiencing this issue in exactly the same way. One of my bedmates always has to be sent in a second time. It's really annoying.

I don't know if this is related or not, but at the same time this started happening, they stopped sleeping on their assigned side of the bed.
