How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Not sure but game is up to date
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most expansions and a couple game/stuff packs. Issue started after getting the horse ranch expansion and downloading this last game update (both were done at the same time).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in the new world added with horse ranch
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims and horses get stuck doing tasks (standing still and unable to move) constantly and need to be reset or they will be still able to move but be unable to complete a task and I need to exit and re-enter the lot. The second issue happens especially often when attempting to eat/cook or make nectar but has happened when doing other tasks as well. The sim will continue cooking/eating indefinitely but the task will not progress and their hunger bar will not fill. I sent the sim to work when this issue was occurring and their hunger did not drop but did not go up while they were at work either.
What do you expect to see? Sims and horses should not freeze and need to be reset at least half a dozen times an hour. And I also need to exit and re-enter the lot probably 3 times in an hour because they will be unable to eat/finish cooking or finish nectar making.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Issue is occurring after the last update and getting horse ranch expansion. Do not seem to be having the same issues when I played another family in a different neighborhood but am having constant issues with my sim in the new horse ranch neighborhood.
