Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim get pregnant, give birth, and age the baby up to a teen or young adult.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim ages up and gets super slim shoulders and no jawline. It doesn't matter if the parents have super wide shoulders and a super sharp jaw. I'm not sure if the body defaults into some setting or if they are actually distorted.
What do you expect to see? I expect the sim to either inherit the bone structure of their parents OR (if shoulders are not something you inherit), I'd expect there to be some variety in what shoulders and jawlines they are dealt as they age up. Every single sim shouldn't get the same shoulder type, in that case, it should be randomized.
