Sims Planned Outfit not sticking [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 64
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampire,Mermaid/Island
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dunno
What happens when the bug occurs? I plan an outfit,I save but then the sim doesn't display it
What do you expect to see? When I plan outfits and hair the sim should dress it
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

You can see the flipper outfits vs what I wanted to do.

I go to plan outfit,fix everything I want to do.

Save, then he reverts to the flippers.

Also when he's in water it's ......nightmare fuel

@AquamarineDareen Is the Sim a former mermaid or did you download it from the gallery ?

Do you have the first issue on all Sims or just this specific ones

Hey,It's mostly this one household.But out of the whole household the guy in pics is the glitchiest. He's the son of a wizard and mermaid,his skill tree appears as magic but he also needs hydration making him a mermaid wizard? Assuming that's why he's spazzing.

You can try removing either occult state and see if it gets better.
