Sims 4 saves

I save my game, But when I tried to go back into the game it didn't save where it was supposed to. It's like the game started at an earlier save. I lose my saves. Very messed up game.
The game just updated and problem worse. I'm Running windows vista 64 bit plenty of RAM plenty of space.

Is it a one time thing or reproducible every time ?
