Sims 4 lot not loading - error code 801

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs, parenthood, cool kitchen stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when looking at the lot maps and click on certain lots
What happens when the bug occurs? the game either frezzes on the loading page or responds with error code 801
What do you expect to see? the game lot loading
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
