What happens when the bug occurs? First the sound goes, then things slow down until it crashes and goes black then sends me to the xbox home screen
What do you expect to see? It not crashing!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
My fiancé bought me the on console download able version of the sims 4 and the extra sims 4 pets pack for Christmas on xbox one.
It downloaded fine but then about 20 minutes in it crashed and sent me to the xbox home screen. I thought this might be a one off but nope, it did it again and again and again!
I unistalled both sims 4 and pets and cleared xbox cache (someone suggested it) it then reinstalled the game hoping it'd fix it but it hasn't!
I've made the its not overheating and cleaned the fans ect.
It doesn't do it with any other game and its so frustrating. Never had a problem with my disc version on ps4
