Sims 4 - Map won't switch from one town to the other

When attempting to view the Willow Creek map, either nothing or the Oasis Springs map will appear. I've tried opening families from both towns and creating new families to place in Willow Creek and it will not appear.

Are you using mods in your game ? Did you try the repair option on Origin ? Does the same thing happen if you start a new game for testing purposes ?
