Sims 4 Ghost patch problems

There are two major problems with ghosts since the patch:

1) The Book of Life can only summon NPC ghosts, not resurrect them. I suspect you need a tombstone to do so, but NPCs who die don't leave tombstones behind.

2) Some NPC ghosts don't give the option to Invite to Household (I think it's those without tombstones) so you can't play them and get them to eat Ambrosia. I have the tombstone for one NPC ghost and she did give the option, and I was able to invite her and get her to eat Ambrosia, which resurrected her.

So really the main issue is that NPC ghosts don't leave tombstones behind, so you don't have any options to resurrect them. Pretty sure this has been reported elsewhere, I know there was a discussion on the main forums.
