Sims 4 Family Genealogy Lines Missing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.156.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of the expansion, game and stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any Sims with grandkids in their genealogy and some connecting lines are missing. The family members appear but the lines aren't connecting them.
What happens when the bug occurs? The lines aren't connecting to the applicable family members. For example, when a sim gets married and has a child, the family genealogy line isn't connected to their child.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see the family lines be shown.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
