Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply install the game on a Mac and then try to load a save that requires the packs included in the EA Play Pro Pack. My specific issue is that it doesn't recognize Toddler Stuff as installed. Get to work is recognized but I also own that pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? The packs included in the EA Play Pro pack are not recognized as installed, despite confirming that the pack installed in Origin.
What do you expect to see? I expect the packs to work as expected.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I'm not sure why I pay for EA Play Pro if your lack of testing and plethora of bugs prevent me from using it.
