Sims 4 City Living Issues

they are some issues with city living. i can't get tea at any of the festivals from the fountain that is highlighted. and i get invited to the opera or underground concert but when i accept nothing happens .

 

has anyone else had these issues and other problems. and will their be another update soon to fix them.
