Sims 4 Camera!

Anyway to change the speed of one key to another. EG: CTRL5+CTRL6 from a bed to a sim. It's so fast, I really would like a slow camera action movement. I would also like to know how to change the speed of movement when using the arrow keys, seen as they move way to fastly! I've put it in Sims 3 camera mode, but it's not very good! Any ways to help me! Please!
