Sims 4 CAS buttons don´t work

Hello , i have a BIG problem in Create A Sim .
Everytime i create a Sims , after 3-4-15 minutes, the "white" buttons, like Gallery, save household, tilt, finish, exit, help... DONT WORK
I just created a beautiful sim , but i had to delete it !! My Sims doesnt even close, cause the "quit game" DOESNT WORK too D:
I need help PLZ 
help mee , and thank you .
