I made a family in CAS of grandparents, parents, and a child. I made sure that all family relationships where what I wanted but once I entered the world my teen Sim vanishes from the family tree and even if I go back to edit her to be the parents’ daughter as soon as I exit CAS she isn’t on the family tree. I’ve even tried repairing my game.
