Summarize your bug For ~1.5 weeks now my sim tickets are not refreshing anymore. The popup says that the next refresh will be in 6 minutes, but it is kind of frozen (see attachments)

Hi @crossfire1848 

The 6 minutes refers to earning 1 energy. It does not refer to earning Sim Tickets. 

You can get 120 Energy and 20 Sim Tickets by spending 50 crystals.

@crossfire1848 You are receiving sim tickets as rewards for completing daily activities.

Also, you gain sim tickets when you complete battles.
