Sim died during a dinner party, can't end the party

Partying forever is probably fun, but I can't leave the lot, nor can I play because of that.

The sim who arranged the party died during cooking, and now the info box just won't go away. I've tried to close it like a billion time, nothing. Atleast the guests left after telling them to. Help???

Try resetting the Sims that has died with resetsim fristname lastname
