How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84.197.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have everything except for "Journey to Batuu".
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Combine the specified hair and eyes given in the compose field.
What happens when the bug occurs? A crack appears in the forehead of the Sim. It seems to be part of the feature that allows you to resize the Sim's face.
What do you expect to see? I expect to not see a crack.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It may not be very easily visible due to the size of the image.

But as I mentioned earlier, I think it's part of the face resizing feature. 

Except it shows up by itself...
