Sid's Demoralizing Blows level 6 is screwy

Before I upgraded, Sid's special ability Demoralizing Blows took 4 turns to cool down. After upgrading to level 6, which is supposed to deduct a turn, it's still at 4 turns for the CDT.
That's a lot of Ability Mats wasted.

Nice find. Didnt notice the difference myself as I usually play on auto. Wish there was a way to see CD time on hero overview screen tho.

Not working in Dark side quests, Events, Challenges, or Galactic Wars. Always CDT of 4.

Works fine in Cantina, CDT shows 3.

No clue about PvP, since can't see abilities, and never lasts til turn 4.
