Shore Trooper Revives using endless ranks when no ther troopers are present

Summarize your bug In Terrrority Wars, Shoretrooper is using the "Endless Ranks" buff to revive himself with no other Imperial Troopers present. Based on the decsription of Endless Ranks "Endless Ranks: When an Imperial Trooper is defeated, they consume 1 stack of Endless Ranks from all Imperial Trooper allies, revive with 100% Health and 100% Protection, reset all their cooldowns, and gain a bonus turn" This should not occur, as the revive is triggered off of trooper allies and there are none. Please review and correct. This bug may cost guilds, including mine, TW wins.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the following team in TW where Endless Ranks is active: Bossk, Boba, Dengar, Greedo, ShoreTrooper. Kill Shoretrooper first. He will revive. Is this WAI? Thanks

"All allies" includes the character unlike an ability that states "all other allies". You can compare this to Vader and his unique that gives him +16 speed for himself (sith and empire char).

So a Shoretrooper that is the only imperial trooper in a team comp is going to have those 5 endless ranks stacks and he is going to revive himself 5 times.

I agree with the interpretation, but the arguement is when he is killed, at that point, there is no allies because he doesn't "exist" with buffs.  You are activating your own buff from a state where you are out of play, which just doesn't seem right.  The "allies" interpretation always held for units active at the time the buff/condition was checked, Shore is not active at that point.
