Summarize your bug Shop timeout when buying. I was buying Crystal package 2800 and got a another package after. And paid 269SEK and not even 219SEK for Crystal package...

Hello,

I was going to buy a crystal package (2800) but I did not get what I clicked on which was the crystal package, instead a transaction was carried out on another package that I did not know was in the picture.

What happened was that the purchase itself became a "timeout" and it was stated that I would receive a confirmation of my purchase if my money had been withdrawn.

I have submitted a support ticket now and received a reply that I will make a repurchase. How to do it now through you is a mystery to me.

If a transaction should fail, I think you should have set it up so that your system does not go ahead at all with a purchase so that this does not happen again ..

This is a bug with you and it feels uncomfortable for the cosumenters that things like this can happen ...

Ive had this happen to me twice now trying to buy a "bag of crystals" for 7.99$ AUD and its timed out and charged me 38$ AUD for this exact pack and it's not even available in the store
