Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? I can't say everyone's.
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Every part.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Fighting enemies.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Every match.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm fighting a team and I'll be hiding behind cover or something and they be shooting right through whatever I'm taking cover behind. It also happens when shutting the doors, the door be closing and once it's closed bullets still go through the door with me taking damage and dying. It makes me very annoyed when this happens literally every game.
What should be happening instead? The bullets should be hitting whatever it shot and not go through it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how the game is worked on.
If only there was game replays. 
Yep the ping and packet loss display thing, having that on videos helps a lot when we're seeing weird stuff happen.
