Summarize your bug When I look at any ship it asks to unlock crew but has both have been unlocked and have been using the ship for a long time all ships ask that question even ships with no crew
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make the promp go away when looking at my already owned ships

Thanks for response been trying to resolve but talked to 3 different people and they can't do anything about it now i am stuck until its resolved

I have the exact same issue on my new alt account - ally code 269-416-753. I can't activate any new ships (for which I have the shards) as it tells me "Ships must have their crew activated first", yet the crew member has already been activated. Can you please help?

I’m having same issue. Says activate crew.  Meanwhile they are all already active, it’s so frustrating name is Pyper ally code is 935-596-769
