Ship battles lose abilities and battle is lost

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? During ship battles- abilities disappear and battle will count down and do nothing

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug Yesterday during a TW ship battle and today during grand arena ship battle. My ships abilities buttons go away and the timer just counts down and nothing happens. Even when it hits 0’s the battle doesn’t end. Have to reset game and counts as a loss!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give rewards that will miss out on now!

We have checked the logs we have access to and cannot see any reason for the issue you have encountered.

If you happen to be logging into multiple accounts on the same device, we recommend that you clear your game cache after logging out.
