Shadow of Revan mission rewards wrong gear

The missions for the Shadow of Revan story appear to reward the gear for your story background rather than your combat style like they are supposed to. I only found this out on Yavin, since I was playing an agent with a scoundrel combat style, and the rewards were all compatible with both, so the sky ridge targeter set still made sense, but on yavin, you get the weapon rewards, and I was getting blaster rifles and Vibroknives instead of Shotguns and Blaster Pistols.

I don't know what other questlines have this problem, since this is the only one I've tried besides class stories, for which the rewards work as intended. It would stand to reason, though, that there may be other quests remaining that read your character background to determine quest rewards rather than combat style that need a patch now.
