Severe Frame drops after apocalypse

I have this issue, however it frame drops anytime I score points for anything. Capturing, healing, resupplying all cause the issue described and depicted in video

That's what I call a catastrophic UX. It lags like hell. How can any QA on earth fail to identify this problem?

I found a solution: Deactivate the HUD completely. If there is no hitpoint feedback to the player then you have no frame drops

I have this problem too, every time I score any XP points. I can't play the game now.. This is also on ps4.
