What happens when the bug occurs? The way to describe the sound is as if it's severely distorted,loud, and gives a wavey/pulsing rumble, other sound effects come choppy if not as if slow-motion. and occasionally delayed. i'll essentially still be hearing the sounds of combat a good portion after the combat has finished till the issue resolves itself with enough time of "safety" in the game.
What should be happening instead? Clear audio so that I may hear my surroundings.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am uncertain how you can find this bug, as it seems to only be occuring to me out of the group of friends i have played with.
I have contacted Support a few times, and i have been confirmed this is a bug and to report it here so a specialist can assist me. I just hope someone can help me please.
Because of this Bug i have been having to rely severely on sight or possibly what my teammates hear in matches, and it puts quite a damper on gameplay because i can't tell where someone is re-positioning in the heat of the fight. Again this ONLY occurs in matches and when it's close combat. (one time because i couldn't pick anything out over the noise, i backed up into fire because i couldn't hear it behind me) and sadly this bug literally occurs, at the very least once a match. I expect to hopefully see this audio bug resolved so i can continue to enjoy this game at it's fullest. as i have been very happy with every part of it thus far other than this specific sound bug.
The Video attached shows the bug, but is not it's most severe. typically I can't tell where any sound or shots are coming from at all, because the sound becomes such a cacophony that I can't distinguish anything in particular.
