Several Glitches since Island & University

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I don't know?
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? God uhm...too many...I started seeing these bugs when I got Island and University
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a screenshot from the game, but I can't attach it
What happens when the bug occurs? There are have been a few things that I've seen. 1. Neighbors will come into the house uninvited and not leave. I also never have the option to make them leave. 2. Fashion district(I think) there is something going on with the ground. There is a giant hole that won't go away. 3. Whenever I try to move to a new home, the house is no longer on the lot 4. In sims dine out - sometimes sims won't move for a number of hours or eat at all
What do you expect to see? Neighbors should leave or not be allowed into a home without permission The whole needs to disappear Lots need to stop disappearing Sims need to sit, eat, and then leave
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
