Several Bugs on PS console.

★★★★★ Newbie

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PlayStation 5
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Version 1.58
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: All except for Eco lifestyle and Cottage living. Game Packs: Realm of magic, Strangerville, Jungle adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat Stuff Packs: Paranormal, Tiny Living, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour, Movie Hangout, Spooky, Perfect Patio, Luxury Party Kits: Bust The Dust.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Step 1: Play The Sims 4 on PS5 or PS4 Console. Step 2: Equip the cursed lot challenge on any lot. or try to make a baked good on any lot and decorate.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bug 1: (Cursed Lot Challenge) Equipping this makes it impossible to cook on a stove or do anything fire related without catching fire every single time so the bug is back unfortunately. Bug 2: (Decorating Baked goods) Another unfortunate bug that seems to have reappeared. No matter where the completed baked good is placed whether it is on a counter, table, coffee table, end table, etc sims will not decorate the baked goods promoting the "can not get to" bubble above their heads.
What do you expect to see? A fixed game where I can enjoy all the features without issues or reoccurring issues. Cursed lots should be a challenge not something close to impossible to overcome, And baked goods should be able to be decorated or have several varieties of each baked good that is already decorated to eradicate the issue all together.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am aware people have reported these issues in the years past and that they have apparently been fixed in the past but these two bugs have seem to have re appeared when they did is a guess.

It sucks because this is my first time coming back to The Sims in 2 months and there are still bugs that take away from gameplay Frown I really wanted to try the cursed lot too

Hi @FireCryp

Thanks for making this report. In your opening post there's a mention of what sounds like a few different things happening. We may already have active dedicated bug report threads opened for many of these. You can double-check using the "Compiled list of reported issues", as well as using the search function at the top of the page.

If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing here, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug after testing if the issues persist after installing any mods/cc. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.

I'll lock this thread in the meantime so as not to split up the information.

Thanks,
