Server down again - and had to create new profile just to report it

As if it's not bad enough the game is once again, two days later, not loading again, after all the restarts and cache clearing and wifi off and on, just to report it, I was forced to create a new account here because of an apparent bug with the website, and then when I finally got in to create a bug report, it doesn't have the bug report form, it just has this ask a question *, so I'm hoping this even gets addressed. What's going on with your servers lately!?

Can you give us more details on the issue you are experiencing?
Are you getting any error message when trying to load the game?
