Server Timeouts every 2 minutes after a game, if I'm that lucky. Need help asap

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Game Lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Nothing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 1
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Gotten worse since launch, got really bad starting 21/02/19
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Constantly after launching the game and after the first match, assuming I can get into one before the timeouts start, then every 2 minutes after I reconnect to the lobby until I restart the game and repeat.
What should be happening instead? Nothing. There shouldn't be any timeouts period unless you have no wifi or are banned.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Probably don't have to look hard or wait very long and plenty of others have the same issue be it less sever or to the point it wont let them even connect to the lobby.

Here's some more info about my pc just so you can run more tests -

Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Battery - CORSAIR CX600

CPU - AMD 6300

At this point I can't really even play the game and I don't want to constantly launch the game after playing one match over and over again until this issue just refuses to let me in the game lobby. Idk how it's gotten worse since launch or why there wasn't already something to address the timeouts or why timeouts even exist in the first place but they need to just go or be fixed. I've run out of ways to fix the issue, run through every crash, connection, fps, stability fix there possibly is out there as of right now. There's nothing left that could be suggested to me that I haven't tried unless someone just made a discovery after this is posted. Just please remove the timeout system if you can't fix this asap as it's only making the game worse.
