Server Error When Trying to Purchase In Game Bundle With Apex Coins

I cannot purchase the Lifeline Bundle in the In Game Store. Every time I try to do it, I get a server error. It has been this way for the past few days. I tried all of the things to make it work from the support hotline to no avail. I am on steam so I cannot just delete the cache for Origin obviously which seemed to help people in the past. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing is happening to me. I went through the normal support channels and they asked me to put a bug report in here.

Also, I was playing on Origin when the bug happened for me. Initially I was on Steam, but I installed via Origin in an attempt to troubleshoot with no success.

same problem here i wanna buy coins for the collection event but all i am getting is steam internal error with no option to view what the error is or why i am getting it
