Sentinel won't charge in Arenas

What should be happening instead? (buying) cells should charge the Sentinel
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter any Arenas match and attempt to charge the Sentinel at the start of the game

If the sentinel charges, it should be fine. If it doesn't charge (which high chance it won't) it won't for the rest of the match. You can lose the ability to charge even after charging once or twice. Plz help

Have the exact same issue, also same for picking up rampart barriers (I am a rampart main), and that’s even worse because it’s making a bad character even worse :/ please fix ASAP EA.

I had this problem too with a fully decked out sentinel (purple) on rampart. I play on PC.

What happens when the bug occurs? Sentinel will not charge though button is being pressed. Moose4days (I will submit separate ticket for) also experienced this not only in Arenas but Battle Royale for Series X.
What should be happening instead? Sentinel Charge
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? goto Arenas and charge Sentinel. It is not happening all the time but consistent enough to be a problem

Multiple instances where I would try to charge Sentinel in an Arenas match and it would not charge. The match would end and I could charge it again. So it only happens during a single match out of however many in Arenas. It seems to only be a random button glitch that is occurring but can prove problematic if I'm trying to use the 1 feature that makes Sentinel so good in a clutch match. Steam-PC version for me but also verified on Xbox Series X with another account.

I found the Sentinal charge bug in ARENA on Steam-PC Platform 

I found it randomly happen in some match, If 1st round match you can't charge Sentinal it won't use that extremely boost damage for the whole match.

for my Legend is Valkyrie. I will try to test other Legends.

I also found it happen on Fuse, and Espespecially often on Phase Runner.

and it happens when you switching a weapon while charging, this can fix by drop the Sentinal.

same here, and of course it’s when I need sniper knockdowns for a challenge, longbow doesn’t do enough damage and charge rifle speaks for itself, so there really isn’t any other viable option. Sentinel is the only good sniper(except kraber) since TT is now marksman
