Season Mode Freezes When Substituting Teams

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into season mode and try to substitute a team in any league but the NHL
What happens when the bug occurs? Season mode freezes when I try to substitute a team
What do you expect to see? I would like to see the game not freeze when this happens. Worked perfectly in other titles.

When replacing teams in Season Mode, with leagues other than the NHL, it freezes.

Thanks for the report. Does this happen if you create a new season mode? I'm trying to determine if there's an issue with your save or if it's a bug that's occurring even on a brand new save.

Hey! It is happening when I try and start a new season mode. Tried on both of my accounts. For what it's worth, my roommate is having the same issue. I'm on an Xbox Series X and he is on a PS5

Yea in every league but the NHL when I go to sub a custom team or any team it crashes.

@EA_Aljo Brand new. Happens to me all the time. It’s been happening to me for a few weeks and I’m just trying to play the mode.

This is absolutely unacceptable EA.

About a month ago you introduced a game crashing bug into the game which meant it was absolutely impossible to play custom season modes.

I reported this at the time and not only have you failed to fix it, but there has been no feedback at all as to what you are doing and when you hope to have this game breaking bug fixed. I am all my friends only play custom season mode. We cannot therefore play the game we purchased.

I also see a number of others in the original thread I posted complaining of the same issue.

such a huge game breaking bug which is absolutely preventing people from playing the game should have been addressed and dealt with weeks ago!

clearly you are not interested in players who don’t continually spend money on your product and mainly spend your time coming by up with new ways of milking money from it! 

for goodness sake get this bug fixed! Give us an update on what you are doing! Tell us when it will be fixed by!
