How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how you would replicate it. Its happening for me when I spawn in game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Graphics glitch where the whole screen has a tearing issue and it glows and goes completely blank.
What should be happening instead? Screen should not be tearing up and instead work normally.

I am having this graphics glitch where the whole screen starts tearing up and glow and then go blank. It happens every time I play the game. I have the latest drivers and do not have this issue with other games. A video of this glitch is below :

I've got this exact same issue and potentially even have it worse than you do. Happened after I updated to the newest Nvidia driver on Nov 27. I've tried rolling back the driver to the one I had before the update and delete and reinstall the game to no avail.
