How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug During HAAT Raid, Savage Opress's Overpower does 0 damage during Phase 2/4, when side AAT(Left, Right, or Main) have < 50% health, instead of a reduced amount of damage.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Savage Opress's Overpower during phase 2/4 on AAT (Left, Right, or Main) Cannon's when they are < 50% health.

I don't remember if it has that problem on the main AAT body, but I remember this started happening awhile ago and I stopped using him... figured someone would catch it, but no one did, and when I did the raid last night, it was still happening after several months.
