Sad from losing a sibling [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Backyard Stuff, Little Campers Kit, Vampires, Cats & Dogs, My First Pet Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how to replicate it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim got sad "from losing a sibling".
What do you expect to see? Nothing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sim is currently sad "from losing a sibling", but both of his siblings are alive and well.

Additionally, is there any way to see who died other than looking at the Relationships? There are three on there and none are recent.

Edit: No other household member, including one sibling, is sad.

@egingell1 Do you have any small pets that possibly died ? (there's an issue with that)

@crinrict A pet is one of the three not-recent deaths I mentioned. Besides, that would have specified that it was a pet. Also, no other family member, including one sibling, in the household is sad.

Did the one sibling that's sad have a good relationship with the small pet and the other didn't ?

@crinrict I don't think so. And she died like a week ago and her headstone is on another lot. She's also still in my household as a ghost.

@egingell1 I mean the hamster/whatever small pets from My First Pet Stuff. Don't believe they get headstones or ghosts ?
