They dont care about our login problems, no one post from dev or customer service about login problems. For developers there is any problem about login

So or we can solve this by ourself or we cant play with this game anymore.

4th day: still locked in the loading screen, uninstalling and reinstalling the game doesn't work.

patch 07/05 isn't working for a lot of players.

Solved it by myself 2 days ago...no answers from devs

I’ve got the same problem. Ever since the new update about a week ago. 
I open the app. It shows the pop up message of “there’s a new client available” then you click the button which takes you to the App Store. No update available. Go back to the app and stuck in the loading cantina for ever. Quite the app and the process starts all over again. 
I’ve contacted tech support and they told me to delete the app and reinstall it and to restart my phone. Did that and it didn’t work. 
I’d really like to play again.

After a few days I opened a ticket where I told that I lost some mods and gear. I got some crystals, energy, shards and zetas. I think it's okay for the missed days and lost gear and mods. I hope everybody will get this who was affected.
