So we get told we can all get help via EA customer support. We get zero help....someone who has like 20 posted solutions on this website promises help if we give her our case numbers and crickets....seems like we have our answer another successful problem swept under the rug.

Here's my ticket #38573970. I hope there's a resolution to this, so far the customer service rep I talked to replied and offered me 100 crystals and then never returned my emails after that (I haven't received the crystals either).
